Returns & Replacements
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your device or accessory within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and include all components and manuals.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return
Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Place the device, battery, charger, and all original documentation into the original box and secure it in a shipping container.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and use a trackable shipping method to send the item to our warehouse.
- 4.Verification and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
